Aline Brosh McKenna is an American screenwriter and producer known for The Devil Wears Prada (2006), 27 Dresses (2008) and We Bought a Zoo (2011). She graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University, and went to New York City to seek a job in publishing. While there, she did some freelance writing work. A script she wrote during a six-week course in screenwriting at New York University helped her get an agent, and she later moved to Los Angeles, where she has seen several of her screenplays produced.
